The Mill Launch.

On Thursday I documented the launch of a new Edinburgh venue, The Mill, for music and culture magazine The Skinny.

It's housed under an old bridge in Edinburgh and has a very charming feel to it. Local legend has it that famous Edinburgh body snatchers Burke and Hare hunted for victims and stored bodies in these vaults... spooky stuff (but almost certainly not true...)

The music was provided by Action group, Velcro Quartet and a DJ set from Ladytron.
Sponsored by Miller, it was a good night with a great atmosphere. The venue opens to the public in Mid September.
